（本台讯）9月26日，香港新闻界庆祝中华人民共和国成立65周年国庆酒会在港岛万豪酒店举行。香港特区行政长官梁振英、中联办副主任杨健、外交部驻港副特派员姜瑜、香港立法会主席曾钰成等担任主礼嘉宾，与香港新闻界知名人士欢聚一堂，共同庆祝中华人民共和国成立65周年。
香港卫视应邀担任国庆酒会主持。受香港卫视集团董事局主席、行政总裁高洪星的委托，香港卫视总编辑薛建华应邀出席。
中华人民共和国成立65年来取得了举世瞩目的成就，国家经济总量位居世界第二，科技军事登上了世界高峰，外交地位和影响也与日俱增，中华民族已迅速屹立于世界民族之巅。这些成就，香港新闻界有目共睹、与荣有焉。
